My second book ”Dear Brown Girl: Letters of life & love” was published during my addition of teen/youth coaching to my consulting company, which is also when I developed the Young Leaders Tribe organization. No Good,” a self-help book that helps individuals identify toxic partners and unhealthy relationship/dating cycles, as well as helping them to break the toxic cycles and embrace love of self. My passion for both writing and helping others carried over into my work experience and education, leading me to hold positions in special needs education, mental health counseling, crisis intervention/prevention, mentoring, and eventually led me to start my own coaching business.ĭuring this time I published my first book ”Stop Saying Yes to Mr. When I got older, my passion extended to helping others in many different ways.
